Ingredients

Method

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Heat oiled large frying pan over high heat. Cook chipolata sausages until browned all over; remove from heat.

2.

Cut puff pastry into 12 rectangles. Brush pastry with lightly beaten egg. Place one sausage on each pastry rectangle; roll to enclose. Place on baking-paper-lined oven tray.

3.

Bake about 20 minutes or until browned. Place dijonnaise into the corner of a small plastic bag; snip the end with scissors and pipe a squiggle on each just before serving.
