Serves 1 Makes 1 Item Prep 5M Women's Weekly Food Print Ingredients 1/2 finely chopped tomato 1 tablespoon coarsely grated cheddar cheese 1 coarsely chopped hard-boiled egg 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 slice bread 1/4 cup loosely packed mixed lettuce leaves Method 1.Combine tomato, cheese, egg, and mayonnaise in small bowl. 2.Spread mixture on one slice of bread; top with mixed lettuce leaves and another slice of bread.
