1.Combine sauces, honey, juice, sugar, garlic and ginger in large shallow dish; add ribs, turn to coat in marinade. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
3.Brush ribs both sides with marinade; place, in single layer, in large shallow baking dish; roast, covered, 45 minutes. Uncover; roast about 15 minutes or until ribs are browned. Serve with fried rice, if desired.
