Slice these tasty little BLT sandwiches by the Australian Women's Weekly up into fingers so they can be accommodated by little hands. Because bacon is always a winner.

1.Cook bacon in small heated frying pan, stirring, until browned and crisp; drain on absorbent paper.
2.Combine bacon with egg and 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise in small bowl.
3.Divide remaining mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato among four slices of the bread; top with egg mixture and remaining bread slices. Discard crusts; cut sandwiches into fingers.
