Spread it on toast or crumpets, use it in cakes and desserts, gift it in jars. Berry jam is so versatile! Use any combination of berries you like to give a total weight of 1kg (2 pounds).
1.Stir ingredients in a large saucepan over high heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, without stirring, for 30 minutes or until jam jells when tested.
2.Pour hot jam into hot sterilised jars; seal immediately. Label and date jars when cold.
