1.Combine beef, rice, tomato paste and egg in medium bowl; season to taste.
2.Shape mince mixture into eight rissoles. Cook rissoles, in batches, in heated oiled large frying pan until browned all over and cooked through.
3.Serve with chilli jam or tomato sauce if you like.
