Method
1.Strain pulp through sieve into small bowl; reserve liquid and seeds separately.
2.Blend or process passionfruit liquid, milk and banana, in batches, until smooth.
3.Pour smoothie into large jug; stir in reserved seeds. Refrigerate, covered, until cold. Serve in a tall glass.
This all-natural smoothie is a meal in a tall glass. This is a great, nourishing drink for fussy- eating children or anyone on the go, delivering protein, fibre, potassium, carbohydrates and a full- bodied flavour.
