Ingredients

Method

1.Slice cucumber and carrot into ribbons.
2.Split bread rolls lengthways, without cutting all the way through. Spread the base of each roll with mayonnaise; top equally with lettuce, carrot and cucumber.
3.Drizzle 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce between rolls and top with coriander leaves (cilantro). Season.
4.Serve each roll with apple.
