1.Combine mince, egg, breadcrumbs, carrot, onion and parsley in large bowl.
2.Add cheese to chicken mixture, season to taste; mix well. Shape mixture into 16 patties.
3.Heat oil in large frying pan; cook patties until browned and cooked through.
4.Serve remaining patties with a mango or tomato chutney, a mash and a green salad.
