Choosing the right olive oil for your roast baby potatoes
There are many varieties of olive oil available in supermarkets these days. The Test Kitchen recommends choosing an Australian olive oil brand. Also, it’s good to remember that with oils the term ‘light’ does not refer to kilojoules – it’s about the intensity of flavour. Make sure to store your oils in a cool, dry place as light and heat causes them to lose colour and flavour.
Health bonus! Extra virgin olive oil is a great way to include healthy fats in your diet.
