This delicious and nutritious breakfast is suitable for diabetics. Add your favourite mixed berries, pistachios and nuts for an extra crunch, and fruity flavour.
1.Combine milk, the water, extract and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil. Gradually add semolina. Whisk over medium heat for 2 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat; stir in ⅔ cup berries.
2.Divide porridge into serving bowls. Top with yoghurt, nuts, honey and remaining berries.
