Method

1.Combine the water, teabags, sugar and 1 cup mint in a medium heatproof jug. Stand 10 minutes then discard teabags. Cover; refrigerate until cool.
2.Strain tea mixture; discard leaves. Add ice cubes and remaining mint. Serve immediately.
