Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave cauliflower until almost tender; drain well.
2.Heat oil in large deep frying pan; cook chilli, garlic and anchovy, stirring, until fragrant. Add cauliflower; cook, stirring, until hot. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley and juice. Season to taste. Serve with lemon wedges.
