Warm squash & zucchini salad with leek dressing
1.Make leek dressing.
2.Meanwhile, in medium baking-paper-lined steamer over medium saucepan of simmering water, cook squash and zucchini about 5 minutes or until tender.
3.Serve vegetables drizzled with leek dressing.
4.Heat oil in small frying pan; cook leek, stirring, about 10 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
