1.Combine onion, garlic, paste, undrained tomatoes, stock and sambal oelek in 2.5-litre (10-cup) rice cooker; secure lid. Cook, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, shell and devein prawns.
3.Add prawns and all the beans to rice cooker; secure lid. Switch to ‘keep warm’; stand about 5 minutes or until prawns change colour. Stir in coriander; season to taste.
