Speedy lamb curry

Balti curry paste is a medium-hot paste containing coriander, fenugreek and mint, which gives it a distinctive mild "green" flavour.

1.Cook onion in heated oiled large saucepan, stirring, until soft and browned lightly. Add curry paste and lamb; cook, stirring, until lamb is browned all over.
2.Add undrained tomatoes and ⅓ cup water; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 30 minutes or until lamb is tender. Season to taste.
