1.Split sausages lengthways without cutting all the way through; open out flat. Place sausages, cut-side down, on grill tray or wire rack over an oven tray.
2.Preheat grill (broiler).
3.Combine sauces in a small bowl; brush half the sauce mixture over sausages. Cook sausages under grill until well browned. Turn, brush with remaining sauce mixture; grill until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate; cover to keep warm.
4.Meanwhile, combine cabbages, onion and carrot in a large bowl; season to taste.
5.Combine mayonnaise, mustard and juice in a small bowl.
6.Split rolls, without cutting all the way through; toast under hot grill until browned lightly both sides.
7.Divide sausages, slaw and mayonnaise between rolls.
Shred the cabbage with a mandoline or V-slicer.Note
