1.Combine the cumin, sauce, juice, oils and sugar in a large bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2.Peel and devein the prawns; add to the bowl with the oil mixture, toss to coat the prawns.
3.Add the rice, carrot, cucumber and green onions to the bowl; mix gently. Season to taste. Transfer to a large serving platter; top with mint leaves and sesame seeds and serve with lime wedges.
