1.Sprinkle chicken with seasoning; in a heated, oiled large frying pan, cook chicken for about 5-10 minutes each side or until cooked through.
2.Meanwhile, in a large heatproof bowl combine couscous with water. Cover; stand for about 5 minutes or until water is absorbed, fluffing with a fork occasionally. Stir in sultanas, nuts and coriander; season to taste.
3.Divide couscous into serving bowls; top with chicken and yoghurt.
