Method
1.Combine vinegar, oil, sauce, kecap manis, garlic and lamb in medium bowl. Drain lamb; reserve sauce mixture.
2.Cook lamb, in batches, in heated oiled wok until browned.
3.Heat extra oil in cleaned wok; stir-fry broccolini and peas, in batches.
4.Return vegetables and lamb to wok with reserved sauce mixture; stir-fry until hot. Serve sprinkled with chilli.
