Honey mustard lamb cutlets

Serve these honey mustard cutlets with spare sauce from the pan drizzled over them to help season the green beans.

Method

1.Combine mustards, honey and vinegar in a small jug. Toss half the honey mixture in a large bowl with cutlets.
2.Heat a large oiled frying pan. Cook cutlets over medium heat until cooked as desired.
3.Steam beans until tender. Drain.
4.Serve cutlets with green beans and drizzle with remaining honey mixture.
