1.Push herb seasoning under skin of drumsticks, toss in flour. Shake away excess flour.
2.Heat oil in large saucepan, cook chicken, in batches, until browned.
3.Return chicken to pan. Add beer, stock and sauce, simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally. Add blended cornflour and water, cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
4.Herb seasoning. Heat large saucepan, cook bacon, stirring, until browned. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients.
