Method

1.Coat lamb fillets in dukkah spice mix.
2.Cook lamb in a heated oiled large frying pan over medium heat for 3 minutes each side or until browned and cooked as desired.
3.Serve lamb drizzled with combined honey and pomegranate molasses.

Serve with a simple side salad.
