Method

1.Heat oil in large saucepan; cook onion, capsicum, garlic and curry powder, stirring, until onion is soft.
2.Add vinegar, undrained crushed tomatoes, chickpeas and potato; simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until potato is tender, stirring occasionally. Top with yoghurt.

Microwave suitable.
