Beef teriyaki platter
1.Place the steaks, teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic in a dish; cover. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight to marinate.
2.Drain steaks from teriyaki mixture. Cook steaks on a heated, oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until browned on both sides and cooked as desired. Transfer steaks to a warm plate, cover and stand for 5 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, cook asparagus and onions on a heated, oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until just tender.
4.Slice the steaks thinly and place on a warmed serving platter with asparagus and green onions. Serve with wasabi, soy sauce and steamed rice, if desired.
