Method
1.Combine ingredients in medium bowl. Rub marinade onto cutlets; place in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 20 minutes. If you have time, marinate the cutlets, covered, for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
2.Cook cutlets on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Serve with chargrilled asparagus, red capsicum and lemon, if you like.
