Method

1.Stir chopped butter, thickened cream and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
2.Blend cornflour and water; stir into pan, bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3 minutes or until thickened slightly.
3.Divide vanilla ice-cream among four serving bowls, top with warm caramel sauce and jersey caramels.
