1.To melt chocolate, stir Melts in a medium heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water until smooth (don’t let water touch base of bowl). Pour into a heatproof jug.
2.Dip the end of one lollipop stick into the melted chocolate; push about halfway into the marshmallow. Repeat with remaining sticks and marshmallows. Stand upright in a styrofoam block until set.
3.Dip one marshmallow into the chocolate, rocking back and forth to coat (don’t swirl the pop or it will fall off). Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the jug. Stand upright in a styrofoam block; top with a freckle. Repeat with remaining marshmallows and freckles. Remelt chocolate if necessary. Stand pops until set.
