Blood orange jelly

Enjoy this sweet, tangy and deeply citrusy blood orange jelly straight out of the pot as a light summer dessert.



1.Strain juice into a medium saucepan. Add sugar and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves, then remove from heat.
2.Combine gelatine and water in small bowl. Microwave for 10-20 seconds or until dissolved, then stir into hot juice mixture. Transfer to a jug and pour into four 125ml glasses or serving dishes.
3.Cover, refrigerate until set.
