Prawns with soy chilli cocktail sauce

Ingredients

Method

1.

Combine sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, dill and chilli in a bowl; season with pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavours to develop.

2.

Top with extra dill. Serve with peeled prawns and lime wedges.

The sauce can be made a few days in advance. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
