Pumpkin and feta pizzas

Creamy pumpkin and bitey feta make this simple pizza an easy meal with loads of flavour.

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Oil two oven trays or pizza pans.
2.Using vegetable peeler, slice pumpkin into thin strips.
3.Place pizza bases on trays; spread with sauce, then top with pumpkin. Spray with cooking-oil spray; sprinkle with cheese. Bake pizzas about 10 minutes or until pumpkin is tender and pizza bases are crisp.

You can substitute kumara for the pumpkin. You can also use lebanese bread as the pizza base if you wish. We used a passata sauce, which is just a plain tomato pasta sauce ­ it is available at the supermarket.
