Method

1.Preheat oven to 240°C (220°C fan forced). Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in small frying pan, cook 2 thin chicken sausages until cooked through. Remove from pan, cut each into 8 thin slices.
2.Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Place four x 12cm (5 inch) pizza bases on trays. Divide bottled tomato pasta sauce over bases. Top with pizza cheese,cherry tomatoes and sausage slices.
3.Combine basil pesto with water in small bowl. Drizzle pesto mixture over pizzas. Sprinkle with pizza cheese. Bake about 12 minutes or until bases are crisp and cheese is browned.
