1.Brush base and sides of deep cake pan with melted butter. Heat olive oil in medium frying pan. Cook thinly sliced brown onions, stirring, until soft, cool. Combine onion, lightly beaten eggs, cream, grated parmesan cheese, thinly sliced zucchini and finely shredded fresh basil in medium bowl. Pour mixture into prepared pan, bake in moderate oven 25 minutes or until browned lightly and firm.
