1.Preheat oven to 160ºC. Grease an 8-hole petite loaf pan.
2.Stir ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Divide mixture into pan holes, smooth tops.
3.Bake about 30 minutes. Stand loaves in pan 5 minutes before turning top-side up onto a wire rack to cool.
4.Meanwhile, to make lemon glacé icing, sift icing sugar into small heatproof bowl. Stir in butter and enough juice to make a firm paste. Stir over a small saucepan of simmering water until icing is pourable.
5.Drizzle icing over cakes.
