Scrumptious little pizza snacks with cherry bocconcini cheese and cabanossi.

1.Turn on the oven to 220°C/425°F and let it heat up. Use baking paper to line an oven tray.
2.Coarsely grate the zucchini; put zucchini in a fine sieve over the sink or a small bowl, then use your hands to squeeze out any excess liquid.
3.Use a 6.5cm (2½-inch) fluted round cutter to cut 12 rounds from the pizza base; put the rounds on the oven tray.
4.Put cabanossi, two pieces of cheese and zucchini on top of each round. Put the pizzas in the oven and bake about 10 minutes or until they are heated through. Serve these pizzas warm or cold.
