1.Grease deep 20cm-round cake pan and line base with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.Place ricotta in a large bowl with garlic, eggs, thyme, 1garlic chives and lemon rind. Stir until well combined. Spoon cheese mixture into prepared pan. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until browned lightly and firm to touch. Cool in pan.
