Method

1.Brush bread with olive oil; cook on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) for about 1 minute, or until browned both sides.
2.Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine nuts, parsley, garlic, walnut oil and vinegar.
3.Preheat grill. Place cheese slices on oven tray; cook, under grill, for about 30 seconds, or until browned lightly.
4.Divide mesclun among serving plates; top with cheese and walnut mixture, serve with bread.
