Gone are the days when following a gluten-free diet meant you had to avoid all of your favourite treats. We’ve come a long way with gluten-free store-bought baked goods but sometimes you want that home-baked goodness. Whether you’ve gone gluten-free yourself or you’re baking for a crowd and want to ensure everyone can enjoy them, grab yourself a good gluten-free flour and get baking on these simple basic biscuits. The beauty of this dough is that you can enjoy them as is or add your favourite flavour to the dough. Your gluten-free friends will love you for it.
