1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Oil and line oven trays with baking paper.
2.Combine cheese, chilli flakes and parsley in medium bowl.
3.Drop level tablespoons of mixture into mounds, about 5cm (2 inches) apart, onto trays; flatten mounds slightly with fingertips.
4.Bake about 5 minutes or until browned lightly and crisp. Cool on trays.
