Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Spread sun-dried tomato pesto over small pizza base, top with four drained marinated artichoke quarters, char-grilled capsicum and mozzarella cheese. Cook about 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
