Satay cheesettes
1.Beat cheese, butter, sifted flour and sauce in small bowl with electric mixer until combined. Roll rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls; toss in coconut.
2.Place balls about 4 cm apart on greased oven trays; flatten with a fork. Bake in a moderate oven for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays
