Spiced iced coffee milkshake

These wonderfully spiced iced coffee milkshakes are the perfect weekend treats! Quick and easy to make and so delicious!

Spiced iced coffee milkshake
  • 1/4 cup (20g) ground espresso coffee
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 bruised cardamom pods
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 3 scoops low-fat vanilla ice-cream
  • 2 1/2 cup no-fat milk

    Place ground espresso coffee then boiling water in coffee plunger; stand 2 minutes before plunging. Pour coffee into small heatproof bowl with bruised cardamom pods,ground cinnamon and light brown sugar; stir to dissolve sugar then cool 10 minutes.

    Strain coffee mixture through fine sieve into blender or processor; process with vanilla ice-cream and milk until smooth.
