Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F. Oil two oven trays or pizza pans.
2.Place pizza bases on trays; top with cheese, salami and capsicum.
3.To make noughts and crosses from the salami. Cut the salami into 1.5cm x 5cm strips for the crosses. For the noughts, use a 5cm round cutter to cut circles from the salami, then cut out the centre of the salami using a 2cm round cutter. Cut the capsicum into rounds using the 2cm round cutter.
4.Bake about 15 minutes or until pizza bases are crisp.
