Ricotta and fetta dip

This creamy and lemony dip is delicious and dead easy to make. You can adjust the lemon juice and garlic to taste.

Ricotta and fetta dip
  • 200 gram each of fetta and ricotta
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon each of lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic until smooth

    Process 200g each of fetta and ricotta with ½ cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons each of lemon juice and olive oil, and 1 clove garlic until smooth. Serve cold with a platter of crudités.
