Ingredients

Quick salmon and asparagus frittata
  • 210 gram red salmon, drained
  • 310 gram asparagus cuts, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 60 gram (1/2 cup) grated tasty cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Method

Quick salmon and asparagus frittata

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, pour into a greased 23cm pie dish.

    Cover, cook in microwave on MEDIUM, about 12 minutes, or until almost set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
