Pork sausage & broccoli stir-fry
- 6 thick pork sausages (700g)
- 1 packet (450g) hokkien noodles
- 1/4 cup xo or oyster sauce
- 1 fresh large red chilli, thinly sliced
- 250 gram broccoli, cut into small florets
- 90 gram garlic chives, chopped coarsely
Method
Pork sausage & broccoli stir-fry
- 1Cook sausages in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 12 minutes or until cooked through; drain, cool then slice sausages.
- 2Pour boiling water over hokkien noodles in a heatproof bowl, separate with fork; drain. Heat oiled wok over high heat; stir-fry sausages with XO or oyster sauce and the chilli.
- 3Add broccoli; stir-fry 1 minute or until tender, adding a little water if necessary. Add noodles; stir-fry until hot.
- 4Stir in garlic chives before serving.
