1.Cook sausages in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 12 minutes or until cooked through; drain, cool then slice sausages.
2.Pour boiling water over hokkien noodles in a heatproof bowl, separate with fork; drain. Heat oiled wok over high heat; stir-fry sausages with XO or oyster sauce and the chilli.
3.Add broccoli; stir-fry 1 minute or until tender, adding a little water if necessary. Add noodles; stir-fry until hot.
4.Stir in garlic chives before serving.
