1.Combine rind, juice, chilli, oil and pork in medium bowl. Cover, refrigerate for 2 hours.
2.Meanwhile, make italian brown rice salad. Cook rice in large saucepan of boiling water, until tender, drain. Rinse under cold water, drain. Combine rice and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
3.Cook pork on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue), over medium heat, until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Cover pork, stand 5 minutes. Serve pork with rice salad.
