Green super juice
- 1 lebanese cucumber, trimmed
- 2 sticks celery
- 2 large kale leaves, removed from stem
- 50 gram spinach leaves
- 1 medium green apple, cored
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1 sprig mint
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
Green super juice
- 1Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender in order. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth. If required, stop the blender and push the ingredients down before blending again.
