2.Grease 20cm x 30cm lamington pan; line with baking paper, extending 2cm over two long sides.
3.In a medium saucepan, melt butter with sugar and honey over medium heat without boiling, stirring, for about 2-3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press mixture firmly into pan.
4.Bake slice for about 20 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting.
