Ingredients

Method

1.Line oven tray with baking paper.
2.Finely chop apricots. Mix apricots, coconut and condensed milk in small bowl until combined, cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
3.Using hands, roll level teaspoons of the apricot mixture into balls and place in single layer on prepared tray. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
4.Combine chocolate and oil in small heatproof bowl and place bowl over small saucepan of simmering water, stirring until chocolate melts.
5.Push a toothpick into one ball and dip into chocolate mixture to coat all over, drain away excess chocolate and place on tray. Repeat with remaining balls and chocolate mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour.
6.Cut extra apricots into 26 strips. Re-melt remaining chocolate and dip ends of apricot strips into chocolate, position on balls. Leave to set.
